1What types of items do you remove?
We remove all the waste you can think of. Residential, commercial and construction waste can all be taken. From green waste, electronics, metal, plastic, wood we take everything. We cannot accept asbestos and chemicals such as paint.
2How much does your service cost?
Our service charges based on the volume it fills the truck. Materials such as concrete, tiles and bricks will be surcharged on weight.
3Do you offer same-day or emergency service?
Yes, our crews work 7 days a week and can deliver same day service.
4Do you have any weight or size limitations for the items you remove?
No, we do not have many limitations on weight and size as long as we are able to deconstruct the items to fill our truck.
5Are there any items you will not remove?
Asbestos, Chemicals and Paint.
6Are there any additional fees for certain items or services?
Mattress, tires, spa’s and piano will include a special price surcharge. Single Mattress pickup will be $100, every consecutive mattress will be $60. Tires will be $8 each plus volume cost of the truck. Piano will cost $500-$900 for removal Spa’s will cost $800 for removal

Our services include all suburbs around Melbourne.

Yes we can setup a recurring junk removal service
11How do I prepare for a junk removal service?
The best thing to do would be to make disposal piles. Placing what needs to be removed outside will assist in the pickup process. Our crew is trained to take rubbish out in an effective and safe manner so we can handle any rubbish that you may struggle with moving.

13What are your hours of operation?
Our operating hours are between 9am and 7pm Monday to Sunday
14Do you offer free estimates?
Yes we offer free onsite quoting services.
15Do you have any minimum or maximum service sizes?
We do not have a minimum/maximum size however our minimum service callout fee is $100 for general waste and $200 for soil/concrete/tile waste.
16What kind of payment methods do you accept?
We can take cash as well as eftpos. We also have options for a bank transfer if you are not around to make the payment.
17Can you provide an on-site consultation before the removal service?
Yes we can provide free quotes on site.
18Are there any additional fees for bulky or heavy items?
Heavy items such as concrete, tiles and bricks incur a fee
19Are you able to provide a detailed invoice for the service?
LJR provides all their customers with invoices
20Are you able to remove items from multiple locations?
Yes we can visit multiple properties however they will all be charged a separate service fee.
